Welcome to spinning! this fun, low impact cardio class is packed with music from all era. It is designed for all levels; you can ride hard or easy as you want, intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. Aerobic endurance conditioning by riding on flat road mode or climbing hill mode for strength and power and anaerobic interval training. Join me and others on Saturday at 9am for epic ride!
