Welcome to this new exciting Barre Fitness Class! This class combines ballet- inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. We will incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside deep gentle stretches. It is designed for all levels. Looking forward to training together.
