Aqua Zumba is a low to moderate impact, fun and energetic workout that uses Latin rhythm dance steps creating a pool party atmosphere. Aqua Zumba gives the participants all the benefits of a challenging, fun, body-toning workout by using water resistance. This workout reduces stress, improves blood circulation, tones your body, and puts less pressure on the joints when dancing. Overall, it is a great workout for all levels. (Instructor-Patty Garcia)
