The High Mark Distillers Group purchases 2 barrels for spirit-making from High Mark Distillery. Unless the barrels expire sooner, we can usually get 3 rounds of spirits in the barrels, beginning with Bourbon and then the group decides what to make next for the remaining two rounds. The current "buy-in" is $50 per round and you do not need to buy into each round. Your $50 gets you monthly meetings with tastings and education about the spirit we are making, as the months progress we taste our own barrels to see how the process is tasting and determine how close we are to bottling the barrels. Usually, in 10-12 months time our spirits are ready for bottling and for each $50 "buy-in" you get to take home a bottle of the spirit from your group's barrel.
