We are going to celebrate Labor Day on Saturday, Sept 3rd with a Aloha Summer Party! Cullen will be serving Island brined whold hog with Kahlua sauce. Or try his delicious Blackened Mahi Mahi with mango relish and momba rice. Then set up your chair at the ampthitheater to listen to Garratt Wilkin and the Parrot Heads.
