The practice of Tai Chi is known for enhancing concentration and improving balance and muscular strength in a new way. It also has a calming effect on the nervous system. Tai Chi can be thought of as an internal martial art and is also known as "meditation in motion". The Yang 24-form that you will learn is the same Tai Chi that you may have seen practiced in public parks. We practice individual moves and short blocks of movements in sequence. Everyone is welcome to join in this user-friendly class format.

Our NEW Bourbon Barrel Group for 2024 will begin February 1st. Every First Thursday of the month come and learn how to make our own bourbon with High Mark Distillery! Regency will purchase two large Bourbon barrels to be kept at the clubhouse for two homeowner groups to compete in make the best Bourbon! $50 to join the "Regency Bourbon Group" (bring your check made out to High Mark Distillery to the Regency clubhouse). The Bourbon making process will take up to year and the winning team will have bragging rights! Both teams when the bourbon is ready, will take home their own bottle of bourbon they made. This class will be held the first Thursday of every month at 5:30 PM.

Join us for our annual 4th of July Celebration! The party starts with our delicious pay as you go food trucks. They will be serving from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Sweet Paradise ice cream will be scooping up ice cream for you from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. This event is combined with pub night, which will start at 4:30pm for the 4th only!
Huckleberry Road will rock the stage at 6:30pm. Huckleberry Road is a Western Country Rock band based out of Reno. Music has always been a lifelong passion for the three band members with influences from legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, and Zak Wylde; these three have their roots firmly planted in the blues, but have also been drawn in by the old sounds and storytelling of country music. Huckleberry Road brings an up tempo, rock infused with heartfelt country music.
Registration includes ice cream and snacks and also subsidizes the band cost. Don‘t forget to bring your lawn chairs down to the amphitheater.

The practice of Tai Chi is known for enhancing concentration and improving balance and muscular strength in a new way. It also has a calming effect on the nervous system. Tai Chi can be thought of as an internal martial art and is also known as "meditation in motion". This movie explores his early days as a hero and his relationship with Lois Lane, who is unsure about him. Zumba is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with your fellow neighbors, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it! Any athletic ability is welcome and NO you do NOT have to be a dancer to join at all. This 45-minute class is taught by Patty who knows how to instruct completely new students to advanced Zumba students so come give it a try!!

The practice of Tai Chi is known for enhancing concentration and improving balance and muscular strength in a new way. It also has a calming effect on the nervous system. Tai Chi can be thought of as an internal martial art and is also known as "meditation in motion". The Yang 24-form that you will learn is the same Tai Chi that you may have seen practiced in public parks. We practice individual moves and short blocks of movements in sequence. Everyone is welcome to join in this user-friendly class format.

This class is a blend of core exercises, stretching for the whole body and mindful relaxation!
We begin with 15-20 minutes of core exercises to warm-up and tone the body, followed by 20-25 minutes of stretching, then finishing with a mindful relaxation segment. The perfect combination to have you feeling recharged and renewed by the end of class!

Mike Anderson, the lead guide out of the Reno Fly Shop has graciously agreed to give a presentation on fishing the Truckee River to us here at the Racr. He‘ll also talk about other fishing opportunities open to us in the area. Hopefully you can join us and take advantage of hearing from one of the expert guides in the reno area.
